How do I...? and other questions

I always end up with a 10m square. how do I chose a larger, say, 100m square. If I zoom out the default still seems to be a 10m square. Don't know how the 'hold -' and 'hold +' work.

Just after some clarification as a new user. I've had my records verified, some have been found to be correct others have been changed within the genus. Do I need to do anything to my records to say they've been confirmed or updated or is such oinformation entered automatically by the verifier?

I want to create a filter so I can download a subset of my records but am struggling.  In explore my records I have clicked on 'create new filter', selected and applied the parameters I wish to include and named and saved the filter but it does not then appear in the list of available filters.  What am I doing wrong/missing? 

I've just set up an activity for Worcestershire Bat Group (WBG) records. But whenever someone tries to add that activity to 'my activities' or enter a record they get the following message: "The group you are trying to join has a duplicate name with another group so cannot be joined in this way." Someone who tried this showed me a screenshot of what seems to be a very old WBG 'group' (we have not idea when or who set it up) but I can't for the life of me find 'groups' under 'activities', so I can't see the details.

I uploaded a glowworm signiting as a non account holder but aforwards decided to rexisted. Can i find that record and add it to my account now?

My organisation is running a bioblitz next week, which we have set up an activity for.  How do I download the data associated with the activity?  I don't want my own records, but all records linked to the activity so I can create custom maps and charts of the data.

Hi, it seems that all my records have been entered in training mode when they are real records.  How do I change out of training mode? My account seems to default to that setting :(  

Hi, I have multiple plant records from multiple sites which were recorded using a 100x100m grid with centroid survey points which leaves me with almost 1000 survey points each with multiple species recorded. 

Is there a way to import all records in one using a spreadsheet? If so how do I go about doing this and what format / information would the spreadsheet need?
