How do I add a missing species to iRecord.

The ant species Hypoponera eduardi
If I draw a polygon around an area, at what level of precision does the system search for data? Background - people load data to our activity at varying levels of accuracy of OS grid reference. I drew a polygon around a particular area to search for data and it missed some of it which had been recorded as only 4 fig grid ref. The polygon lies within the 1 km square of that grid ref. So do polygons only pick up data for which the lower left hand corner of the grid ref lies within the polygon? or how do they work?
I have had a problem in importing a spreadsheet into i record this year. Has anything changed. It is something to do with import id do you now have to name the spreadsheet in a certain way. It was as a csv will in the usual format for DRN dragonfly imports. I see that other types of file are now accepted

Hi
Can I add photos to records that I've previously submitted?
Many thanks
Nancy
Hi,
Obviously, I realise now I should have added an activity right at the beginning.
How do I add previously entered records to an activity?
I created an iRecord account in error - I was hoping to identify a species of beetle from my garden. I realized this is not the right place, how do I delete the account?
The form won't accept my species name Andricus quercuscalicis, the knopper gall wasp so I am unable to enter my record.
Do I have to approach the form via a taxon such as Insecta Hymenoptera?
Any ideas?
Hello,
I made a list of records from a site via the iRecord app. Somehow they have the correct Gridref_calculated location, but have the wrong Map Ref. I have (somehow) managed to correct the Map Ref for one of the records, but cannot figure out how to correct the location for the others. Any ideas? I could delete the records and start again (it's only 4 species), but the options for moving and modifying location for records in a survey doesn't seem to work clearly.
They are Record ID 27938715-27938718.
Thanks,
Michael
Grateful if someone can explain: When I want to explore 'ALL RECORDS' under the explore dropdown, all I seem to see, at least in my immediate recording area of West Mids, South Staffs and Worcs is masses of records for Harlequin Ladybirds and an apparent bias towards shieldbugs!! Why is this....and why can't I see records for ALL taxa. Same seems to happen if I want to see records for my preferred taxa, so I can compare and contrast with my own records.
When I click on the photo icon to the left of the video icon in options above, I receive an 'Access denied ' message. I would like to show the community a photo a small, beautiful moth daytime feeding on sedum in my garden. Any help gratefully received. Thank you. W
