How do i enter Taxon?

I am assuming you are trying to create a record here. So from the Record menu you will have gone to enter a casual record or enter a list of records. To enter the taxon you go to the Species box and start typing. Once you have typed your species, e.g. Cow Parsley, the system will match it and the name will appear below the box you have been typing. Click on the text that appears and that is it, you can now move on to the location details. If a name doesn't appear below your typing then it suggests that you might have spelt something wrong or are using a name that is not recognised.
