Failed upload

This is very general server error code that can be caused by many issues, from something as simple as a brief lapse in connectivity. You should find that if you refresh your page or clear your browser's cache the error stops occurring.

I’m getting the same this afternoon trying to upload from the app. I’ve tried wifi or 4g and neither work.
