How do I...? and other questions

The vice county is not showing on my most recent records, unsure why, but I do not have the facility to add it either. Is there a way to add this? 

I have created several site boundaries and included them in a single activity to collect records for them in a single place. If I submit a record to this activity myself I can search for the different sites by name on the record creation page. However, if other members of the group want to upload a record to the activity they are unable to search the sites by name, making entry much more difficult. Is there any way to make the sites I have created available to other members of my activity?

I have created a new activity for a nature reserve that we want to collect records for. I have generated a record associated with this activity but it does not appear under the activity records. It is showing in 'My Records' so I don't understand why it's not coming up in the activity?

We want to set our site in iRecord on our phones so that whoever uploads a sighting, the record gets collated with others uploading to the same site. However when I go to iRecord and search for the name 'St Paul's Church Camden Square' nothing comes up. When I put the postcode in - NW1 9XG - that postcode does not appear in the drop down. Can you help us register this site so we can start using it?

Help!   I edited a record that had been accepted by a verifier.  Having gone in to have a quick look at it, I spotted a typo (woodland 'markings' instead of 'margins') so corrected it in the text.  But now the record is a skeletal record only. 20992053, Agroeca brunnea in Abernethy forest.  Should I do anything now?

I wanted to record a dark bush cricket. Clicked on the name which came up but it told me the taxon must be specific. So why list it if it won't be accepted?

I have just set up an activity for a training course I am running this year and have set it as private, membership by invitation only.

I have invited the first two members to join, but so far no emails have arrived at their addresses.

Am I missing something?

Hi, just started using irecord and getting to grips with it!  We'd like to use it for recording a water vole survey. Is there any way of identifying linear features i.e a stretch of river as opposed to general areas e.g 100 metre squares? Also no water voles seen but evidence of presence recorded i.e. latrines and feeding sites.

Hi all,

I've got some records that a volunteer has submitted via the app, but it seems that they accidentally locked their location some time ago. For each record I have the correct location name, but the latlong is wrong. I can match the written locations to grid refs fairly easily, but manually changing each record feels pretty arduous. 

I was wondering if there's a way for the volunteer to bulk change these records to the correct location?

I'm new to iRecord:

I've set up two accounts. The first is for my friends group who want to run an activity. The second is my personal iRecord account. Using the first account I set up the survey activity and added my personal account details as an administrator. When I logged onto my personal account I was able to add the activity and can see myself there as an administrator. However, when I log into iRecord on my iPhone (7+) and select Activities from the menu I get a screen saying 'Sorry, no activities data is available at the moment. I'm not in training mode.
