Duplicate record entries (unique ID's) during spontaneous Internet resets

Submitted by MrsPepperpot on

Whilst submitting a 'list on one date' the Internet reset and HTTP error shown. This happened to two adjacent records.

After the list fully submitted all appeared well. However, one of the records has been verified twice - all details the same except another unique ID number. I didn't see the 'double' entry on the list view when I tried to delete one.

In Explore My Records view there are duplicates for both records.

Deleting incorrect records via new Explore page

Submitted by Jon Brook on

I'm trying to delete some records I incorrectly imported. The delete record instructions do not seem to work from the new Explore page. I assume this is to do with the caching that was set up to speed up page loading. Is this a known bug, and is there a workaround?

How do I get rid of a pink error coming up when I try to correct a record

Submitted by Sabina Ellen on

I have problems trying to correct a record when notified by a verifier. I notice that as the record appears the Stage is filled in with 'adult'. This disappears immediately. I correct the record making sure the Stage is filled. Up comes in pink "Validation errors occurred ....... these messages are missing from the form

The value is required.
(related to attribut [occAttr:829})</li.
I have emailed iRecord twice and attached screen shots showing what is going on. Please can this be fixed?

Elasticsearch Query Failed - Exploring My Sites

Submitted by The Box Moor Trust on

Hi,

When I look to explore the records on one of the sites I have created, I am getting the error message 'ElasticSearch Query Failed' in a text box at the top. This is the only site I have set-up that I am struggling with this error.

Is this a common error and if so is it one I will be able to correct?

Thanks,

Steve
