How do I...? and other questions

I haven't had my butterfly sightings verified for a couple of months now, 200 or so records on the iRecord butterfly app, is this normal ?

My records have been up loaded and I have appeared on the trending page with photos are being used, would be nice to know what I am reporting is correct.

Any help would be appreciated 

So … I'll be working on refining the shape of an area, all looks ok. I save the edits, get a 'success' message, open the site and find it now in Africa, even though the GB Grid Ref anchoring (I assume) the site appears ok?

See screenshot. Has anybody else experienced this and - more significantly - found a way to stop this happening?

I'm new to the site & not an expert naturalist. I was looking forward to posting sightings in the hope of making a very small contribution to knowledge & protection. The recording site is on the whole simple but unclear to me. I entered tipula luna under species - rejected; tried crane fly tipula luna - rejected. What was I supposed to put?

I have a large number of bat records to submit from static sessions over the last three years in villages, Reserves etc in the Nidderdale area and east towards York. 

I want to upload the relevant .wav file in support of my ID in case the verifier/s want to check it, for each record, but it's isnt accepting them due to size. Resizing to a different format is probably time consuming in view of the number of records, what's the best thing to do?

White and black butterfly/moth I cannot identify.   Your site needs taxon but if I don't know what it is I can't add this beauty to your site.   Any suggestions?

I joined two Activities on my desktop and instantly they appear on my iPhone. Following from this I created an Activity on my desktop but this is not appearing on my iPhone. I have logged in and out of both desktop and iPhone and I have added records via desktop.

Any help appreciated. cannot seem to find anywhere to sync.

I created an account yesterday and entered a record on my iPad. It has already been verified.

I can see the new record on my iPad and the iRecord website but not on my iPhone. I use the same login for all three.

Any suggestions?

I'm trying to upload a butterfly sighting.I click/return on the correct record in the drop-down box for the species, and complete the rest of the form, but then it won't upload theform, saying 'taxon must be specified' for the species box. Well I've used I-Record's own suggestion, so I've no idea what else it needs. Please: what do I do now?

An observer has recorded a golden eagle, but (not unreasonably) generalised the location to a 10km square. Unfortunately at some higher zoom levels the record displays as solid blue and blocks out large areas of the map.

Any solutions that can be applied by the end user?
