Ficocyba ficaria - can't create a record
I've observed Ficocyba ficaria (Hemiptera, Cicadellidae) in my local area, but iRecord doesn't recognise the species name. Is it because this species is new to the UK?
LINUX
I have had a report from a would-be user that he 'can't get iRecord to work'. It turns out he is using LINUX. Does anyone have any advice I could pass on?
Adding photos to existing record?
When I add more photos to records already submitted and click save, they disappear and the original photo remains despite my trying to delete it. How can I resolve this?
Updating activity date range
I have just apparently updated the date range for my activity from 2023 onwards to 2022 onwards, but it is not pulling in any 2022 records, including some I had just added. Can someone please advise?
(Update - I'll leave this here in case anyone else has the same issue. It worked but took a LONG time to take effect.)
Duplicate Records
I have a moth recorder that is on the border of 2 counties and on there records under VC it list both
The problem arises when they enter there records they duplicate so there is 2 records

Adding photos to records automatically transferred to Irecord
I enter my butterfly transect monitoring data through the UKBMS web site and hey, presto the records are automatically transferred to i-record. Great.
However, when I select MyRecords, these records don't appear. I can find them by by selecting All Records and filtering by something meaningful and there they are. I don't undertsand this.
