How do I...? and other questions

I enter my butterfly transect monitoring data through the UKBMS web site and hey, presto the records are automatically transferred to i-record. Great.

However, when I select MyRecords, these records don't appear. I can find them by by selecting All Records and filtering by something meaningful and there they are. I don't undertsand this.

New to iRecord, so not sure if it's something I've done, but when looking at the 'How to...' page for editing a record, I'm missing the option. Trying to edit a record via 'Explore > My Records' and I only have options to View Details and View Species Details. I also have no option to edit a record via the 'View Details' option. 

I have recently added some record from a private woodland and so have marked as sensitive with a 1km grid ref blur.   I thought that this only hid the location name and precise grid reference from the public view.  I have now looked at all these records using the 'Explore > My Records' function and these records are blurred to me too.  I can't filter out the records from the site now using the location name as its hidden and not recognised when I apply a filter to the location field.  This doesnt make sense to blur the details to the recorder themselves.

I have a record to verify that has 5 photos and represents 4 species.  Is there way I can duplicate the the record rather than asking the recorder. This is  a persistent occasional issue and only few recorders seem to follow my wishes

How can I link my account to Sustrans? Or should I create a separate account for my records done on behalf of Sustrans on the National Cycle Network?

After running a filter, if I click on the 'Species' tab (or the 'Families' or 'Groups' tab) all I get is a spinning circle of dots. The requested data isn't returned.

Please can this be fixed?

Hello. I am having trouble loading more than one photo when submitting a record. I drag my first image across to the photo box successfully, but when adding a second photo, the image expands and fills the screen instead of staying in the photo box. Is this an iRecord issue or a problem with my PC? Thanks.

I recently found some specimens of the bark beetle Gnathotrichus materiarus (Fitch, 1858) (Scolytinae), which I do not think has yet been formally added to the British list.  They were found on cut timber in the New Forest, at a site several miles from where this species was first identified as an accidental introduction from North America from specimens collected in 2014 and 2015 (Inward, 2020; Journal of Pest Science).  

Found a wildflower which Plantnet couldnt identify. i have a photo, can I add a record without identifying the species. the app suggested 2 species of butterfly! hoping someone might id it for me
