How can I edit a location of a record? When I do so on the record's page, while the map and coordinates change, the record is still coming up as in a different county!
Help!

I have downloaded a spreadsheet of records from a voluntary group
There are no dates in the records, but all were recorded this year.
I have downloaded the spreadsheet with a date of 2024, but iRecord has changed this to a date in July 1917. Is there a way of just inputting the year?
I would like to be able to see the numbers for each recording (I have hundreds). I enter them as usual, but can't see them when looking at records.
The reason is that I am considering entering all my diaries (Moth counts to us all) from the mid 50's for a decade or so. IoW and Worcestershire. The STRIKING reduction in catch sizes since then is obvious to us all. Adding these data would allow others to see the differences.....
2. How can I see/examine them??

I'm pretty sure we used to be able to view distro maps in full screen but that seems to have gone. Under the species details maps, this only plots selected species to hectad but being able to see records to monad level especially by VC would be useful for 'square bashing'. using the 'explore all records' and creating filters method the map is not full screen and hence wont allow the entire county to be shown without records being shown to hectad rather than monad resolution.
How do I get my common records accepted as a Bumblebee Conservation Trust volunteer for the common species please? I have been trained to intermediate level and have been doing assisted Beewalks with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust and my own beewalks all year. As bees have a habit of moving it is not always possible to photograph them. I accept that for rare species very specific photographs are needed e.g. brown banded carder bees. For example today I saw 4 bombus terrestris workers - these get booked as bombus terrestris/lucurom due to known difficulty differentiating the workers.
I've been a member for 6yr.
My account details haven't changed.
However I can't seem to Explore My Records systematically see subject text. Only a few past records appear even using Include all records option.
If I go Explore All Records then apply my OS Grid Ref (SJ +(6 digit grid ref) as a Filter, I find all records for that specific location which are all mine, plus a load for SJ big square which are not from my 6digit OS filter.
How can I unify all my past records under my account user details to be Explorable as My Records?
Thanks.
Some times I see a message that says a specimen needs to be examined. What is the procedure to be followed for this.
Somewhere along the line I seem to have denied access to my photo gallery, and I can’t find a way to reverse this. I wish to allow access. What can I do please?
If i submit records using a standard iRecord form (or app) I can find the record and, if necessary, edit it.
