How do I...? and other questions

Hi all, 

For some reason, my uploaded records from the app are not appearing in my dashboard of records on the website. 

I've checked that I'm logged in with the same details of both and I've waited the 15 minutes etc. 

Weirdly, the pictures from all the records show up in my gallery, but most of my records aren't appearing on the My Records page. 

Any suggestions?

Noticed I've rather rashly been inconsistent with some site names and find I have multiple variants of the same place! sigh..... Is there a way to select sites to merge into one overarching site which I then try to use for consistency!

I have uploaded a spreadsheet however I didn't put it in the scheme I wanted it to go. Is it possible to retrieve the spreadsheet or can I re-enter it in the relevant scheme?

I am trying to add two butterflies, Eastern Festoon and Mallow Skipper, to my sightings in Lesvos, Greece.

They do not appear in the drop-down menu either with common name or scientific name.

How do I get round this please?

I am wondering what the definitional difference between chick and immature is when it comes to birds. Is it that chick in in the nest, whist immature is fledged? Or are chicks anything that hasn't reached full size yet?

Hi, 

I've been trying to set up a new Activity for a local organisation in South Devon. I'm trying to set a recording area on the map but it never seems to save to the activity (I've tried half a dozen times).

I've drawn around the perimeter on the map in the Where section when setting up an activity and clicked Apply, the map page closes and I've saved changes to activity ant the bottom of the page. When I look at the activity records it doesn't show the area I've attempted to select but shows the entire Earth and all the records on irecord!

I have tried setting up an activity for an organisation but every time I submit I get the error message below. I have tried multiple times on different days. Has anyone else had similar issues or knows how to resolve please?
