How do I...? and other questions

Hi, 

I've been trying to set up a new Activity for a local organisation in South Devon. I'm trying to set a recording area on the map but it never seems to save to the activity (I've tried half a dozen times).

I've drawn around the perimeter on the map in the Where section when setting up an activity and clicked Apply, the map page closes and I've saved changes to activity ant the bottom of the page. When I look at the activity records it doesn't show the area I've attempted to select but shows the entire Earth and all the records on irecord!

I have tried setting up an activity for an organisation but every time I submit I get the error message below. I have tried multiple times on different days. Has anyone else had similar issues or knows how to resolve please?

One of our Identiplant students is having a problem getting on to the site. She is trying to use the "100 plants" group, and gets this error:

Her name is Gemma Stamp and she has tried all the usual tricks. Can anyone help at all?

How can I change to 'sensitive' retrospectively please?

Hi,

If I want to submit a record of a species that I recorded, but sent to an expert for identification, I can input their name in 'identified by' when using the website, and sometimes when using the app. But for example I just tried to add a Sphagnum record, and the field for 'identified by' was not available. What should I do in such situations?

I am adding a record from last autumn but can't remember the date exactly. Is the date field for the date I saw it or today's date?

I am unable to edit a record - the edit 'button' does not appear ? I am wondering why?
