How can I change to 'sensitive' retrospectively please?

Hi,

If I want to submit a record of a species that I recorded, but sent to an expert for identification, I can input their name in 'identified by' when using the website, and sometimes when using the app. But for example I just tried to add a Sphagnum record, and the field for 'identified by' was not available. What should I do in such situations?

I am adding a record from last autumn but can't remember the date exactly. Is the date field for the date I saw it or today's date?

I am unable to edit a record - the edit 'button' does not appear ? I am wondering why?

On iNaturalist I've posted images of specimens in a collection I possess.

There the recorder has to be registered as me. I can add a note there to say who the original recorder was.

When the record comes through to iRecord it still shows as me as recorder.

I was 1 year old when Leonard Kidd collected that specimen

How do I change the name of the recorder?

The font size on the verification page is too small for my ageing eyes and I'll soon have to cease verifying marine molluscs if it cannot be increased. (I'm the only verifier who does much for whole UK). I have tried reducing the number of columns shown but to no avail. If I increase the screen resolution on my PC to more than 68% the map and comments on the right overlap the columns in a jumble.. Can anyone help please

I used to receive email notifications of changes, such as verifications, to my records. However, there are recent verification 'acceptances' that I dont recall receiving.

I do not wish to receive notifications of changes to UKBMS records.

How do I set the system to send me email notifications of any changes to my records, excluding UKBMS?

Or could you possibly set this up for me.
