If I upload records from a spreadsheet, how do I ensure the data is recorded under a specific (existing) Activity?

How does a  new user join an activity not listed in "all activities?

I am trying to submit a record for a weevil ( Pittosporobius crassus) a native of New Zealand, that has been found in South Devon.

This species does not appear on the drop down list of species. How do I proceed please?

I believe I have seen a Speckled longhorn beetle, Pachytodes cerambyciformis whilst on holiday in Wales, a couple of photos & references on the internet of sightings in the UK but I can't find on iRecord to record my observation using common name, binomial name or wildcard. Any suggestions?

Can anyone tell me how I can add Aggregate Moth Species please

I want to add some existing records to an activity, and also change some wrongly attributed records to the correct activity (oops, butterfingers!)
I see from previous comments that it's not possible to do this via editing.  
My plan was to download a batch of records, delete them, and then upload the spreadsheet with the correct activity edited into it. 

I have set up a future-dated bioblitz activity - but it lets me enter records now? Is this because I am an admin and will it become public on the dates I have set it to?

Changed my account name to my married name which has correctly changed the "recorder" name, but my records still show my maiden name in "imput by". How can I change this?

Hi all, 

For some reason, my uploaded records from the app are not appearing in my dashboard of records on the website. 

I've checked that I'm logged in with the same details of both and I've waited the 15 minutes etc. 

Weirdly, the pictures from all the records show up in my gallery, but most of my records aren't appearing on the My Records page. 

Any suggestions?

Noticed I've rather rashly been inconsistent with some site names and find I have multiple variants of the same place! sigh..... Is there a way to select sites to merge into one overarching site which I then try to use for consistency!
