How do I...? and other questions

It's something I have always used, and is stated in the instructions, to indicate that you saw a species but did not get a total. This time trying to save produced an error.  I googled the issue where it said use the drop-down menu to say Present.  There's no drop-down menu!

Any ideas?

Do I need to change the identifier back to myself and then resubmit so that the expert can verify the corrected record?

Hi, I have received some notifications by email recently, including two where the verifier was able to identify plants I couldn't identify.  None of these recent notifications appears on the "my notifications tab".  Should they?  And is there a way of asking a follow up question?

Is it possible to create a list of species recorded in a month for a specific site? I can create a download of my records but can iRecord summarise them into just a species list?

I am trying to submit a record for a weevil ( Pittosporobius crassus) a native of New Zealand, that has been found in South Devon.

This species does not appear on the drop down list of species. How do I proceed please?

I believe I have seen a Speckled longhorn beetle, Pachytodes cerambyciformis whilst on holiday in Wales, a couple of photos & references on the internet of sightings in the UK but I can't find on iRecord to record my observation using common name, binomial name or wildcard. Any suggestions?
