Hi,
When I look to explore the records on one of the sites I have created, I am getting the error message 'ElasticSearch Query Failed' in a text box at the top. This is the only site I have set-up that I am struggling with this error.
Is this a common error and if so is it one I will be able to correct?

When i open iRecord to record lists, I always get the column entitled "Identified by" filled and have to delete the person's name every record. How can I clear that field and save hours of needless deleting?

I have made nearly 200 recording at my address using my mobile phone. I changed my phone recently and when re looking irecord, I noted that all my records seem to have disappeared. Thats obviously quite a lot...and potentially very disheartening. Does anyone know what I can do ?

I received automatic 'awaiting review' messages about some hymenoptera records that I entered recently and now I can no longer see those records in 'Explore My Records'. Where have they gone?
I've set up an activity to encourage members to start using iRecord. Most don't have an account. The activity is set up to "Enter a casual record" but when I test the link to that page, if I'm not logged in I get taken to the home page. Is there anything I can do to allow non-account holders to enter records into our activity page?

How do I log a resident female Speckled Bush-cricket + attendant + visiting males whilst she came up to sit in her throne of dar red Hydrangea, for 18 days? We visited her with our cameras, morning & afternoon when we were available.
I need to edit a record to a recently changed name but the site isn't letting me. How do I ask the verifier about this?
I am county recorder for Warwickshire (VC38) for three groups, beetles, bugs and arachnids. I keep the county records for these groups on Mapmate. There are many records on iRecord that I would like to import which would take forever to copy individually. Is there a way in which I can be authorised to download records for these groups in my county?
