General discussion about wildlife recording and about records on the site
This record: https://irecord.org.uk/record-details?occurrence_id=38845071 was entered on the app as TL 67 and is showing on the app as TL 67. however in my-records is showing as TL 66. When I view further details, the grid ref calculated is TL 67.
A number of conservation volunteers are starting to use iRecord to input records, however, they are wondering what can aid with verification.
Is there a way to contact or appeal a verification if the recorder disagrees with it?

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the option to lock the value of specific fields on the enter a record pages on the desktop site? The functionality just seems to be randomly available. I'm using Firefox on Windows 10.

How do I get emails of verification notifications? I can't work out how to do it. So, if one of my records is verified or rejected I'd like an email to let me know please.
What does “ you have no finished surveys mean “ ?
I want to add a record for Timaspis sonchi (Cynipid wasp, gall causer on Sonchus species) but I can't add the record because the only Timaspis species available are T. lampsanae and T. lusitanica . Can T. sonchi be added to the species list so that I can log the record?
A Chartered Environmental Scientist has undertaken an Ancient Woodland Indicator species survey on 2 dates this spring.
I have submitted this survey onto iRecord.
What are the next steps I /:others (eg Sussex Biodiversity Centre need to take) in order to get it officially recognised as Ancient Woodland.
As will be apparent from this message I’m not IT savvy. I’ve just downloaded the new app to my android phone and uploaded some records. However, they are not appearing on this site. Is the time lag considerably greater or is there no connection between the two which would be odd and presumably not correct?
