How do I record many small white butterfly same species 

male and female

I added 12 new records yesterday and they are not showing on my records site? are they there or do I have to re-enter them? Also i noticed three records have been verified but i have not received notification!! They are ref; No's 44141753, 44142274 and 44186122. Why?

Hello there, just a quickie - we were in a park the other day and saw Cut Leaf Alder (Alnus glutinosa laciniata) but there seems no option to record this?  I know it is a planted tree but it was well established and thought worthy of note?  It was a fascinating specimen.

Not certain re the best forum section for a query: Just about to start adding some records for the NBGW BioBlitz last weekend via iRecord as I can't log into the LERC app for some reason and they should link in directly from iRecord. Did a quick check via  explore - my records and the list is suddenly blank (slightly worryingly). I can find my records my searching for individual records which are still present but they are not accessible as 'my records' within my account. 

Anyone else having trouble finding records on the Explore All Records page? When I include all records and search even for records which I have recorded (GR or my name) none are returned. I get the same scenario when searching by ID number.  This is frustrating when quickly wanting to check a record. Selecting All records and All VCs is only showing 395 records! 

Is there a summary anywhere of the distinguishing features of different invertebrates? So, if I get the chance, I'm able to try to photograph those aspects.

For example, butterflies are generally easy... hoverflies... I'm at a bit of a loss but probably stripes and head?

Slugs it's the breathing hole and underside, snails.. shell colour?

Bees... whatever you can get before they fly away.

Grasshoppers and crickets... ?!?

I noticed for the ant Lasius emarginatus, in the map of currently selected species, there is a dot showing near Oxford but I can find no record in this area. Can anyone explain why there is a dot showing and if there is a record why can't I find it.

Has anyone else had an issue with the life stage field when entering records?  On numerous occasions I have entered the data for a record and then when attempting to save the record got a message that some required fields have not been filled in and, invariably, it is the life stage field.  At first I assumed I had overlooked filling in this field but as time has gone on I have made a conscious point of setting the life stage field and still ended up with having to go back and re-enter it as it has somehow reverted to blank.

After my missing 'pending' records were recovered, via your instructions, I am now unable to amend them.  I get the following message

Website encountered an expected error.  Try again later.   

This has been the case for over a week.  Can you please check I am not locked out of these records.

Hallo, i just spent over two and a half hours inputting one of two records list. i saved and it came up; "Error, Unauthorised". Can someone please reassure me that Records List is still somewhere, just not uploading? Or do i have to start all over again? 

Also, any idea why it states unauthorised?
