Data flow

I use the iRecord app to record common insects in my back garden. When I upload and view these same records on the website, consistently the 6-figure grid reference has been changed, with a decrement of 1 in the northing. Why is this happening? It is surely a bug.

I have received the following error when trying to import records:

Do accepted records from Observation.org flow into iRecord ?

I have just added an Early Grey moth. I put "1" in the box as this is all there was. However, I got a message saying the file did not exist but then when I looked at my record of this moth there are two records of it.

I take part in the Wider Countryside Butterfly Survey and my monthly survey data is entered into the Butterfly Society monitoring portal and then transferred to iRecord where it is verified.  Normally works okay.  But had one set of survey results where the date of the survey has been corrupted in the transfer and now shows 14/06/1022 in iRecord.  ie pre Norman Conquest!  It should be 15/06/2022. Quite rightly this has been flagged by the verifiers.  I have checked the Butterfly Society data entry form and that shows the correct date.

I use iNaturalist (responsibly I hope!) and so have lots of 'Research Grade' records come through to iRecord. However, these do not appear under My Species even though the my name is the same, and I cannot edit them. I've a few I'd like to alter. Is there any way of doing this, or are they stuck in limbo?

I am trying to determine whether iRecord butterfly related data is being passed to the NBN Atlas and how up-to-date its records are.

I have 49 verified records for one butterfly species in one 10km square covering the period 2014 to 2022.
None of these records appear in an NBN Atlas search. For that square and time period there are 34 records all of which are marked as from WCBS or non-avian taxa (BTO+partners) datasets.
Reviewing the Atlas database list I do not see any iRecord butterfly references.

I noticed today that there were a few dragonfly records from spain in iRecord. 

What happens to these? Are they passed on to (e.g.) Observado or do they just sit in the iRecord system untouched?

I have set up an Activity for Worcestershire Dragonflies, but the Records that are of interest to the group keeps defaulting to exclude not accepted records when i have set it as exclude not accepted or queried records. This matters at the moment as i have 400-500 queried records ( mainly BTO Birdtrack).
