What does it mean when records are strike through?

I think this indicates a negative record where the species is not present.

This seems to be a problem where a recorder is used to using 0 (zero) in, for example, Mapmate, to indicate presence. I have seen a load of strike throughs in the recent Moth Night import into iRecord, where the recorder didn’t provide a count of each species. The records are, therefore, ambiguous and we’re marked “unable to verify.”
