Having upgraded to a new phone and transferred all  apps and data I seem to have lost all my records from the app. I understand they are all available to view on the iRecord website but this is not nearly as convenient and easy to use as having them in the app. Having these available easily and swiftly allowed me to check sightings etc and gave me a certain amount of joy. Can I report them back into the app?

Hi all, the app is a one-way upload tool. It doesn't fetch your existing records from the website and/or sync the data between devices. Sorry, I know this isn't the answer you are looking for. The app's main purpose always was simply to help data capture in the field. Having said that, I don't see why we couldn't build this missing functionality. I guess, we just need more people like you showing there is a need for it 😉

Ah!

I think this explains why I can see different records on my phone and on a tablet I sometimes use.

It would be useful, imo, to be able to see ALL uploaded records from the app, regardless of the device from which they were uploaded.
