Access denied

I am not a very frequent user of the app but had got the idea of how things work. I’ve just received an e mail with a new notification about one of my submissions from the summer. When I tried to click on the record ID, the message comes up access denied. I’ve no idea why this is and I have since clicked on more of my record ID’s and “Access denied” comes up on each, although previously I could look at them all. Has anyone come across this before and is there anything I can do to resolve it?

I'm having the same problem, and I've logged it under "Feedback and Suggestions". If I click on the link in an email on my phone, I get the "Access Denied" message. Same thing if I click on the email link on my Laptop. BUT if I log into iRecord and THEN click on the link, I can see the record, but only on my laptop. Before the update, clicking on the link would show me the record on either phone or laptop regardless of whether I was logged into iRecord or not.

Thanks for your reply. After my post earlier today, I went back on the app and tried clicking again on the link and this time it worked and I was able to access it. I checked quite a few of my other submissions which had said access denied earlier and I was able to access all those too! I have no idea how this happened as I wasn’t aware of doing anything differently. But as I’m not sure what changed and whether it will still work tomorrow,  I’m afraid I’m not going to be able to be helpful to you in resolving your problem!

At the moment the records pages are only visible if you are logged in to iRecord. This is something that has changed since the recent update, and we intend to reset things so that records remain visible for people who are not logged in, but this won't get fixed until the new year I'm afraid. You should be able to log in to the website via a compouter or a phone web browser.

I am having problems with the app.

At sign in it accepts the user and password. Allows me to enter a record then when I try to upload I get a message telling to log in before submitting a record.

It works on my tablet, but point blank refused to allow use of the phone.The

Advice would be appreciated please.

I have logged in on both my tablet and my pc, and on both access is denied to notifications, and the Explore tab and other bits and bobs are unavailable. Any ideas, please?

I'm having the same problem - no access to records, even my own, and no access to verification tab.

I have just logged on to my pc.There is a message: "Wecome back carexmike. You have 1 unread notification". I click on this and am told "Access denied".

What am I doing wrong?
