Exploring records - where are all the historical ones?

Why is iRecord no longer showing me my historical records? No matter what I do in 'Explore' 'My records', I am only shown 2023 records. This never used to be the case, but the last twice I have tried it, this has happened. I have even tried the 'old version', but the same happens there too. What is going on?

I think I have an idea about why I cannot see any of my records prior to this year: I believe it stems from an update to iRecord-linked surveys.

Butterfly Conservation recently fixed a similar issue with my records on the Garden Butterfly Survey, saying: "I’m happy to say your problem should be resolved now if you log in. The system had some difficulty matching the data up to your email as I believe you have updated it to match other iRecord-linked surveys. Our developer has matched things up so your data should be visible again." PLEASE can an admin fix this for me ASAP; I would contact direct, but there doesn't seem to be an email address I can contact. Thank you. :-)
