I have set up an Activity (KWACS - Kirtlington Biological Records) to gather all records submitted to iRecord within my local parish boundary. It has been set up to automatically capture records whether recorders are members or not and irrespective of how recorders submit records. It has captured over 5200 records to date. I wish to download the records, so that I can filter out records for which the location is far outside the defined area of the Activity but for which the recorders have used 2 digit grid references which results in them falling erroneously within the Activity area. However, there isn't a records download facility on the Activity records page, and when I try to download the records using the general Download page the resulting csv file contains no records at all. I have been using the "All records added using a recording form for for KWACS - Kirtlington Biological Records" option, which is the only one available to me for the Activity in the Records to access box. I'd appreciate any advice.

That's a shame
Many thanks for your input James. Indeed as you say there are downloads for species, families and taxon groups within the Activity, which would be very helpful, but because of the number of historical records entered with 2-digit grid references that data is somewhat unreliable. It seems a little odd that the option to download all the records from the Activity is provided on the general downloads page, but then to withold the records. Even the option to download my own records from the Activity produces no records. As you suggest I may email iRecord directly. I'm sure they have much more important things to deal with. It would be nice to be able to do a little analysis of the data though.
You are not missing anything - I think for activities like this you can download a list of species but you can't download other peoples records with all of the metadata. This would be an instance where you probably need to email the iRecord staff direct to see if they are willing to supply the data.
