“Sorry, failed to fetch” message every time

Hi, I am getting this error today with the Android app.

Started working again a few hours later the same day

I have uninstalled the app and re-installed with the consequent loss of my previous records.  It worked for a day and now I'm getting it again. So what's the problem?

In my case it was the iRecord Butterflies Android app.

I have the iRecord App version 6.1.0 on Android. 

I have seen some Japanese Knotweed. I installed the app just for that, a few weeks ago. 

On the first attempt to upload the record I got the error. I tried again a few hours later and a few days later with the same error.

Now I have seen another Japanese Knotweed. I tried adding another record and got the same error again. 

So I reset the app, logged in again, took a photo of the Japanese Knotweed within the app, but still the same error.

I am on the point of giving up. The app has never worked for me. Not even once.
