UKCEH is currently carrying out maintenance on its IT infrastructure, which includes the servers used by the Indicia system. Unfortunately this means that iRecord and other Indicia systems are likely to be unavailable at the following times:
- Friday 13 February 2026, 16:30 – 18:30 (Wallingford Core Switches Maintenance)
- Friday 27 February 2026, 16:30 – 21:30 (Wallingford System Maintenance)
Apologies for any inconvenience while these maintenance tasks are completed.

We need another round of…
We need another round of work to finish updating the species dictionary, so we will be offline again on Thursday 19 February, 8:30 to 10:30am.
Another change
In fact we will not be offline on Thursday 19 Feb - the work intended for that day has been postponed until next week, and will most likely happen on 23 or 24 February.
To add to the times shown above, we expect to be offline for about an hour mid-morning on Monday 16 February, to enable an update of the iRecord species dictionary.
