Incorrect vice-counties being allocated

I'm seeing a lot of records with mutiple vice-counties and incorrect vice-counties see eg

https://irecord.org.uk/record-details?occurrence_id=33820629 (this shows as being in North Lincs in the records grid and has been verified by our Lincs county recorder)

https://irecord.org.uk/record-details?occurrence_id=28633699 (this shows with multple vice-counties in the records grid but Yorkshire, South-east in details)

Is there a problem with the vice-county allocation?
