iRecord problem 28 July 2024

Same issue - Elasticsearch failed. Site erratic all day - sometimes able to upload a record, sometimes not, sometimes able view records, sometimes not. Click Save and sometimes message to say website unavailable. Erratic on Firefox and Edge, so it's the site.

Encountering the same problem.  Not only unable to upload records some of the time.  This error comes up when I try to verify records. As a verifier this is very frustrating 

Our developers are aware of the problem and currently working to resolve. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Still getting the same issues as others above. Do you currently have any timescale for a fix? Many thanks.

No problems accessing the site, adding records, and checking the records have been uploaded. Many thanks, iRecord : )

still having issues with the app, comes up ..request failed error 401 when trying to look at my stats .

As an assistant recorder, I’m sent a list of (downloaded as excel) records which I then verify in the irecord system. Unlike previous weeks, I’m having problems finding the records and, when I search the individual IDs for some of them, I can find the records but the name of the recorder is different from what is says on the excel sheet! Can’t get my head around it. Anyone else have this issue/have any suggestions?! 

Recorder name changing: please can you send some example of this to irecord@ceh.ac.uk so we can investigate.
