As will be apparent from this message I’m not IT savvy. I’ve just downloaded the new app to my android phone and uploaded some records. However, they are not appearing on this site. Is the time lag considerably greater or is there no connection between the two which would be odd and presumably not correct?

It’s not just you - I added quite a few records via the website last night that are not showing up yet either so I think there are a few processing problems again. Don’t resubmit the records as hopefully the issue will either resolve itself or be sorted behind the scenes.

There has been a delay in the system over in the weekend, which is now rectified, so things will catch up and any newer records should be visible later today. Apologies for the inconvenience.
