The data could not be saved. Validation errors occurred when this form was submitted to the server.

This is my First record attempt. I am trying to record the sighting of a " Four spotted leaf beetle / Clytra quadripunctata"  Despite trying many variations of entering the data i always get the message "The data could not be saved. Validation errors occurred when this form was submitted to the server. etc. etc"

What am I doing wrong?
