Hi, would be grateful for help please. App suddenly wouldn't load, white screen briefly then it disappeared. I didn't have many draft records pending so thought it would be safe to uninstall then reinstall. Now in reinstalled app all my old uploaded records have vanished. 6000+ records gone, which i refer to A LOT. I was half way through inputting the year's month records. Really worried all this data with photos attached could be lost for good. Does anyone know how I can get it back please?
