We are having an issue with some/most records not appearing on the Activity page when importing through a spreadsheet or via the app. All the records are found on the Explore page but only some will appear on the activity data page, despite being uploaded on the same spreadsheet or on the same day.
The settings we have used to set up the activity are:
Where: Records within 'My Site'
Quality: Exclude Not Accepted (all)
Include records on reports if: they were posted by a group member and match the filter defined above, but it doesn't matter which recording form was used
I have also tried the settings:
Where: Records within a freehand boundary
Quality: Include all records, Coordinate precision is same as or better than 1km
Include records on reports if: they match the filter defined above but it doesn't matter who posted the record or via which form
With still the same problem!
Some advise would be appreciated! I'm wondering if it a server issue or there is a delay in the activity logs.
