Explore My Records only returns 174 records from 22/07/18 to 04/09/2023 with >1700 verified records not showing.

I've been a member for 6yr.
My account details haven't changed.

However I can't seem to Explore My Records systematically see subject text. Only a few past records appear even using Include all records option.

If I go Explore All Records then apply my OS Grid Ref (SJ +(6 digit grid ref) as a Filter, I find all records for that specific location which are all mine, plus a load for SJ big square which are not from my 6digit OS filter.

How can I unify all my past records under my account user details to be Explorable as My Records?
