As of this week, when I upload photos, the app does not automatically try to identify them. Instead there is a green button that says ‘get species suggestions’, but if I select it, I get a red error message that reads ‘Sorry request failed with status code 500’. The same happens in the iRecord Butterflies app. I’m using an iPhone13 with OS17.5.1 How can I fix this problem?
