Hi, I have multiple plant records from multiple sites which were recorded using a 100x100m grid with centroid survey points which leaves me with almost 1000 survey points each with multiple species recorded.
Is there a way to import all records in one using a spreadsheet? If so how do I go about doing this and what format / information would the spreadsheet need?

Yes you can import via a spreadsheet. The link you need and the columns to use are included in the iRecord User Guide. Go to the help menu and it is the second option down. It's a pdf so click on the link then scroll down to chapter 23 for all of the details.
