Creative Commons Licences

I have now found the CC licence for my photos. However what is the licence attributed to the records themselves?

IANAL, but a record's textual content probably isn't sufficiently creative to be copyrightable (unless you included e.g. an original poem or something in the comments). Facts per se aren't subject to copyright. The terms of use simply state that "you agree that your wildlife observations (excluding photos) can be made publicly available for wider use and may be shared with other relevant data users". So I would assume from all that that a specific licence isn't applicable to a record's textual content.
