Click on my account, then edit and scroll down until you find the setting mentioning emails and adjust it accordingly.

Click on my account, then edit and scroll down until you find the setting mentioning emails and adjust it accordingly.
I get an email for every comment added to a record. Maybe there is an option in Settings.
