To select a photo licence you should be able to just go to My Account, Edit, tick the box for the relevant licence you want and then click save at the bottom. This licence should then be applied to your photos. It might take a little while to apply it retrospectively. If you look at one of your records with a photo, does it have any caption mentioning a licence?

The same thing is happening with me, I get this on my home page:

'You have not yet specified a media licence. This limits the usefulness of your images. To set a licence, edit your profile page and select an option.'

So I go there, do that, it says 'The changes have been saved' but I get the same warning the next time I log on. I can't see anything about a licence on my photos.

I get the same problem. I select the licence scroll to accept T&C's, which it won't let me do. Then tick save and exit. When I next login I get the no licence selected.
