For the last week or so when you select "Explore my records" the form is not blank but retains previous search terms. These have to be deleted before a search can be performed. If you close irecord and re-open it the same thing still happens.

The team are already aware of this issue. Not sure when it will be fixed though, it's not currently flagged as urgent..
