I cannot get rid of data stuck in bot( data fields for species name and English name and there any search produces no records

It's hard to understand your post (not sure what "Bot" is) but If you mean that the explore my records and all records pages on the website are not working as normal then the team are already aware of this issue. It's to do with changes they made relating to the verification pages that are also affecting ordinary recorders. The change means that any filters you have previously set when viewing records are being retained on page reload and across page navigation and producing unexpected results... or sometimes no results at all.
