iRecord App: Moth List Survey not working!!

I'm using the iRecord App v6.3.1 (223) on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone running Android 16.
After I select a species I'm then presented with a screen where I should be able to change Quantity and add Stage, Sex, Indentified By and Comment but when I select any of these I just get a completely blank screen rather than the relevant screen that allows me a value.
To reproduce:- 
1. Open the iRecord App

2. Select green plus button

3. Select Show other surveys

4. Select Moth List Survey

5. Select Add Species

6. Type in a species name e.g. Chestnut

7. Select Back

8. Select species just added to show species details screen

9. Select Stage (for e.g.)

10. Completely blank screen appears. Have to press Android back button to get back to previous screen.

This happens consistently.

No Android updates are due. 338GB of 512GB available.

This is not specific to my phone as it also happens on another (older) phone. If I log out of iRecord then the  issue still persists (unsurprisingly).
