Hello, new here, so I'm still getting used to the database.
I have created a new activity and wanted to link some records I have been submitting, to it (I have been adding records one by one, but they are part of a survey).
However, I have been looking everywhere for any option to do this, by opening the records in de 'edit' mode.
Is this at all possible to do? Or do I need to delete my records and start it all over again, to link them to the activity?
Any help will be very much appreciated!
Many thanks!
Alexandre

Thank you so much, James,…
Thank you so much, James, that is very helpful!
It depends how you have set up your activity, as there are several options. I have an activity for my local area which is set up to collate any records from within the area I have created with a polygon, and with this approach it includes records made before I started the activity. However, for most of the other options that involve selecting the activity when you add the record, you cannot edit an existing record to place it in the activity. In theory as you say you can delete your records and record them again, linking them to the activity, but if you have a lot and they have already been verified then obviously there is a duplication of effort there.
