Last night after submitting records they were declined with errors showing so exited, this morning re-entered data but seems they are now duplicated!! One of many recent errors the other glitch is for some unknown reason on data entry the "adult" status entered will just disappear after other entries made and has to be re-entered. Can someone iron out these problems please?
