In the past 2 days a glitch seems to have come to light which means despite people entering data correctly and assigning it to a vc, when it appears in the iRecord data set for that species the vc is missing; and as the programme presumably can't filter it out as a species occurring in the vice-counties I check, it is not appearing in my verifications - and so can't be reviewed and agreed. There is at least 1 record submitted by another individual plus 41 of mine which have fallen through the cracks in this way. Anyone else aware of a current issue? It was last working correctly on 11th Feb.

Jo, Ive just come across something that may explain why or may be a different glitch....
Someone has just submitted a record that I am a national verifier for. The grid ref she gave was only 2 figs and the site name she gave didnt even fall within that hectad. I noted at the time that the 2 fig grid ie Hectad Square fell across two VCs, which may explain why there was no VC shown and might be the case with some of your missing records. Might be worth looking at a few and seeing what grid refs theyve given and see if the grid refs straddle the VC boundary. It would be better if there are low res grid refs that fall across VC boundaries that both VCs are shown on the VC field of the record.
I have now edited her record with an 8 fig OS grid ref which is nowhere near a VC boundary and yet the VC still isnt shown on the record and I am unable to edit the VC field as it doesnt even show in edit record mode.
