I am trying to download one months worth of records, which worked OK for one survey, but when I tried it with the Butterflies for the New Millennium, I got the error message
"An error occurred with the request to download data"
This is not an acceptable error message!!! It doesn't help me one bit, other than to increase frustration levels. I have tried several times, and get the same error message. In short this error is preventing me from verifying records!
If the error is due to the timeouts are too short, then the timeouts need to be increased. If the error is due to some problem with my request, then I need to be provided with a reason so I can correct the request. If the problem is due to some internal error, then I need to be told about how to report the error.
1) Please fix the error message to something meaningful.
2) Why can't I download the data?
