Unable to access Activities via App

I am unable to access my Activities via the iRecord app. It tells me that I have no Activities,

When I attempt to do so (by refeshing), i get 'sorry could not find/authenticate user'

 

i have tried deleting and reinstalling the app 3 or 4 times.

Hi, we have now fixed the issue and the new app update will be in the app stores soon as version v5.4.4. Thanks
