Status code 500 error

Since yesterday, I can’t get species suggestions. It repeatedly says status code 500 error. I use iPhone 11 Pro iOS 17.5.1 (21F90). I reinstalled app which resulted only losing my data I had recorded so far. If you could fix my errors as soon as possible, I’ll be very grateful.
