Hi iRecord team,
I’ve just visited the iRecord app on my mobile, and all of my pending data and also actinies I’ve signed up for have disappeared. I did notice when I visited the app that I had to log back into it, which I was surprised by
I’m a bit devastated about this as there were some very special records on there that I hadn’t yet uploaded.

How to replicate: visit the iRecord app and choose “Pending” records - no records appear
When was it last working ok: I’ve lost track of when I last used it but it was definitely after 24 September 2026
