Loss of pending data on my mobile app

I opened my app this morning and my pending records (c300) were no longer there in the app.

 

3. Expected Behaviour (what did you expect to happen instead)

I expected all my data to be there so I could update and submit it

First noticed on the morning of 14/05/25

Permanent deletion

I am sorry that the records were lost. I am working on a fix to retrieve the lost pending records, but I can't give a timescale for this yet. In the meantime, please don’t reinstall the app. This would wipe any data that you have in the app on that device.

There is a fix now in the pipeline to bring back the pending records. It is currently in Beta testing, and you can join the Beta testing and try it out by following these instructions:

1. Upload any pending records you currently have.

2. Follow this link on your iOS device - it will ask to install the TestFlight app and join the Beta.

3. Install the Beta app using TestFlight. Once installed, open the app and check that all the pending records are present.

4. Upload the pending records.

5. Let me know how it went.
