Problem using IRecord.
Yesterday morning (14/5/25) there were several group surveys that were ‘pending’. By lunchtime they had disappeared. This data was in the process of being checked before uploading.
Using iPhone 16 Pro max.
iOS.
No updates pending.
I have 200Gb free from 256Gb.
Any help retrieving the lost pending surveys would be very much appreciated.
NB. I transferred to a new phone on Saturday. Pending data never made it across to new phone but it was still on the old one. Uploaded some of the pending surveys Wednesday morning. The rest then disappeared. Originally I thought it was the move to a new phone. Then I realised other people had an issue with pending surveys.

There is a fix now in the pipeline. It is currently in Beta testing and you can join the Beta testing and try it out by following these instructions:
1. Upload any pending records you currently have.
2. Follow this link on your iOS device - it will ask to install the TestFlight app and join the Beta.
3. Install the Beta app using TestFlight. Once installed, open the app and check that all the pending records are present.
4. Upload the pending records.
5. Let me know how it went.
I am sorry that the records were lost. I am working on a fix to retrieve the lost pending records, but I can't give a timescale for this yet. In the meantime, please don’t reinstall the app. This would wipe any data that you have in the app on that device.
