I, like many others it seems, have lost all my pending records. I suspect this is linked to the recent update. Please would it be possible to give users notice of updates in future so that we can ensure all records are uploaded beforehand.

Loss of pending records
All of my pending records have been lost too. They were there yesterday but there has been a software change with the App function and layout being different and today they have gone. Is there anyway they can be retrieved as there were lots of pending records there?

I am sorry that the records were lost. I am working on a fix to retrieve the lost pending records, but I can't give a timescale for this yet. In the meantime, please don’t reinstall the app. This would wipe any data that you have in the app on that device.

There is a fix now in the pipeline. It is currently in Beta testing and you can join the Beta testing and try it out by following these instructions:
1. Upload any pending records you currently have.
2. Follow this link on your iOS device - it will ask to install the TestFlight app and join the Beta.
3. Install the Beta app using TestFlight. Once installed, open the app and check that all the pending records are present.
4. Upload the pending records.
5. Let me know how it went.
