Hi,
I use the iRecord app and website to upload records of flora and fauna. I am trying to upload a record for the December Moth, but when I attach my photo, instead of giving me a species suggestion with an accuracy percentage, it comes up with an error message reading "Sorry - request failed with status code 401".
What does this mean and how should I proceed?

Edit: just to confirm, the error code is on the app, not the website.
