General survey won't upload from app

I can't upload a general survey from the app. Not sure why. Can anyone advise me please?

Please help me with this issue. I like using iRecord but if I can't upload data from the mobile app, I will probably stop using it. Thanks

General survey wont upload

Hi there,

I have spent a long time adding pictures to a general survey on my app. I just submitted a load of records today, including some moth trap surveys, but this general survey is the only thing not uploading. I am using a Samsung S8 and the app version is V5.4.4

I wonder if its to do with the image sizes I've added to the records? Does iRecord struggle with big files, or does it automatically compress the files?
