Despite my irecord account being changed to my married name, any records I submit from the Butterflies app still uses my maiden name.

Thank you for letting us know - I think the change you made in iRecord had not updated the Indicia warehouse (the database behind the app and website), which I have just resolved. Please let me know if it continues to use your maiden name - I apologise for the inconvenience.
