Can't load record "Failed to fetch"

Using iRecord Butterfly app.. I get the message "Failed to fetch" when I try to upload a record. Tried several times over the last 10 hours. Tried deleting and re-entering record - no luck. Also tried closing and reopening app.. Help!

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like the website was down on that day, which prevented you from being able to upload the records.
